Workout 180 Maintenance
The Workout 180 is virtually maintenance free but, like all exercise equipment, requires some minor care to stay in its best condition and working order. Here are some helpful tips for taking care of your Workout 180:
- Wipe down the Workout 180 after every use. Make sure it is dry before storing it again.
-
Clean the Workout 180 regularly. Often times, simply wiping the 180 down with soap and water is all you need to do. Stay away from harsh chemicals or overly slick cleaning agents.
- Occasionally check to make sure all bolts and screws are tight. You should also inspect the frame and outer shell of the 180 to make sure it is clean and free of dents or cracks.
- Occasionally inspect and clean bands, handgrips and wheels, as any dirt or sand can damage the resistance bands. Even minor visible damage to strength-training devices is cause for immediate repair.
- Store your Workout 180 indoors, away from harsh temperatures and conditions. It is preferable to store the 180 under a bed or in a closet and not in your garage or attic. Temperature as well as humidity can affect the lifespan of your resistance bands.
